WPR digitalises the complete administration of legal firearms: applications from persons and legal entities, verification, permits, ownership records, transfers, deactivation and trade by licensed dealers.

WPR is in production with several Ministries of Interior and a federal police agency. It shows how RENATA brings several national registries into one legally controlled workflow.

Request-driven records

Persons and legal entities enter the register only through a formal request, so every record has a legal origin.

Automatic verification

Checks against identity and civil registries, criminal and misdemeanour records, and the judicial register of legal entities.

Clear validation states

Each check returns a clear result: confirmed, source unavailable or mismatch. If a source is down, a controlled manual path creates an automatic official note.

Weapon identification

Weapons are verified by serial number against reference data, and unclear cases go to additional review.

Permit lifecycle

Issuance, ownership changes, transfers, deactivation and temporary seizure, together with trade and conversion records for licensed dealers.

Serial-number service

Authorised institutions can check a weapon's status by serial number, and every query and result is audited.
