ePay closes the offence process online. It connects the Ministry of Interior, the register of fines, offence processing and the banking sector in one process. It works with any bank or payment gateway, and each payment is recorded automatically and closes its case.

RENATA was among the first platforms in the region to offer fully digital payment of traffic fines, and the same model extends to other fees and public charges.

A misdemeanour order is issued with a payment reference and a QR code.

The citizen opens the case in the portal using the QR code or reference.
